First off, velocity has absolutely nothing to do with internet. Velocity is the rate of change of the position of an object, equivalent its speed in a given amount of time and direction of motion. For example, 35 m/h South. Meanwhile, internet (speaking in the sense of wifi) works on radio waves. Whereas radio waves are a type of electromagnetic radiation with wavelengths from 300 GHz to as low as 3 kHz, and corresponding wavelengths ranging from 0.039 inches to 62 miles. Last I checked, wavelengths aren't even a object. Nor is it velocity challenged, because the thing that challenges velocity is friction, and i highly doubt that's what you mean. As for that "check your privilege" part, i have absolutely no idea what you mean by that. I suggest you check your arrogance. And last but not least, that "practice stamp" thing. I will call it whatever i damn well please, and it will be in no way, shape, or form any of your business. Using the word "culpability" is completely illogical. That would be saying i've done something to be of fault, or guilty for, and I of course have done absolutely nothing wrong. Using big words doesn't make you seem any smarter, especially if you use them completely wrong. That really just makes you look like a moron. I suggest next time you have anything to say about what you don't like, do everyone a favor and shove your opinion back into the reeking nether regions of your severely underused brain.
